Chilli Caramel Dressing

100g palm sugar (can use castor sugar)

4 cloves garlic
3 shallots ) rough chop
1 knob ginger ) these ingredients together
2 chilli

250ml rice wine vinegar
2 tblspns toasted sesame seeds

Caramelise sugar and when light brown color, add chopped ingredients.

Cook till soft, add rice wine vinegar then blitz.

Finish with sesame seeds.
