Ross and Russel speak with the Melburnian of the Year!

Peggy O’Neal has been declared Melburnian of the Year.
The Richmond president is also on the board for Women’s Housing, practices law, and will next year be inducted in as the Chancellor of RMIT University.
“It still doesn’t feel quite real,” she told 3AW Breakfast.
“I am very proud.”
