Why Victoria can expect a wetter than normal summer
Victoria have been told to expect a wetter than normal summer.
The Bureau of Meteorology officially declared the development of a La Nina weather event on Tuesday.
The weather agency said above average rainfall was typical during La Nina for the eastern, northern and central parts of Australia.
That includes Victoria.
