The Sex Discrimination Commissioner says she was “really disappointed” at what she uncovered while examining federal parliament’s culture.

Kate Jenkins detailed her recommendations about what needs to change in Canberra on 3AW Drive on Wednesday.

She said what she uncovered was disturbing.

“It really paints a picture of a place that is not up to the standards we expect,” she said.
