Vaccination bookings for Victorian children aged five to 11 at state-run hubs will open at 1pm today.

The system was initially scheduled to open at 8am yesterday, but had to be delayed due to a technical issue with the system.

The vaccines will begin being administered at state clinics next Monday, January 10.
