How stress could increase your risk of a heart attack

A new study has found stress could be just as dangerous as smoking when it comes to increasing your risk of a heart attack.

Professor Adrienne O’Neil, Principal Research Fellow at Deakin University, said it was a “potent” factor.

“We know that mental health is an incredibly important factor,” she said.
