A cybersecurity expert says there are multiple reasons voting in federal and state elections won’t move online.

“It’s the combination of the secret ballot and verification that’s really hard,” CEO of Thinking Cybersecurity Dr Vanessa Teague told Tom Elliott on 3AW Drive.

“If you had everything public – and I’m not saying you should – but if you were, it would probably be fine to vote over the internet.”
