NASA releases first image from James Webb Space Telescope

NASA has released the first image from the new $10 billion James Webb Space Telescope.

The image is the deepest, most detailed infrared picture of the Universe ever seen.

It’s the farthest humankind has ever seen, both in terms of time and distance.

It contains a light from not long after the Big Bang — which was 13.8 billion years ago!
