It’s an old wives tale that plenty of people still believe.

In fact, we’re sure a lot of you can probably still hear your parents telling you to put on a jumper, otherwise you’ll get sick.

But it’s got no medical weight.

Being cold is NOT going to give you a cold.

“You might become cold, but you’re not going to catch one,” psychologist Marny Lishmann told Tom Elliott.
