Neil Mitchell says the Liberal candidate for Mulgrave needs to be heavily reprimanded by the party over a “totally unacceptable” claim he made about the Premier.

Michael Piastrino, who calls himself the Italian Stallion and will run against Dan Andrews in November, has since apologised for the “inappropriate language” he used.
