The case for scrapping daylight saving

Tom Elliott spoke with a chronobiologist on the program on why daylight saving should be scrapped altogether.

Chronobiologist and Associate Professor of Psychology at Monash University, Sean Cain, says the shift in time is detrimental to our health.

“I think we should scrap it, the reason for doing it doesn’t really make any sense anymore,” Professor Cain said.
