Australian Republic Movement Director Sandy Biar has explained what a republic could look like in Australia.

It comes after Australia’s new High Commissioner to the United Kingdom Stephen Smith told The Times newspaper that a republic in Australia is “inevitable”.

Mr Biar claims the comment wouldn’t come as a surprise to King Charles, and Stephen Smith was “pointing out the obvious”, but Tom Elliott doesn’t quite agree.
