The search is set to resume at first light for a man missing in waters off Victoria’s south-west.

Emergency services were first called to Gellibrand Lower — near the Otways National Park — at about 3pm on Sunday amid reports people who had been in the water and could not be located.

Two men and a woman were found on the beach and confirmed that two people from their party were missing.

Sadly, the body of a man was located on rocks.

The search for the second man was scaled back last night and will resume at first light this morning.
