Why floating nightclub ATET might be shut down

Tony Moclair

Floating nightclub ATET’s future is in jeopardy following a City of Melbourne motion to revoke the club’s licence which was endorsed by all councillors.

Owner of ATET, Jake Hughes, says he can understand the concerns of residents but says some complaints were false.

“We’ve had numerous complaints when we haven’t even been operating, at five in the morning, on days we aren’t even open,” Mr Hughes told Dee Dee.
