Paul Stanley praises Australia as KISS prepare for farewell tour

Tom Elliott

KISS frontman Paul Stanley has expressed his excitement about returning to Australia for one final show with the band.

“I’ve always held Australia as probably my favourite country to spend time, and from the very first time we were there, I found it jaw-dropping and awe-inspiring,” Stanley told Neil Mitchell.

Unfortunately for Melburnians, the concert will be held in Sydney after Victoria’s exclusive music showcase Always Live passed on hosting the legendary rock band.

“We were certainly disappointed that we didn’t get to do a show specifically for Melbourne,” he said.
