A global survey by employee experience platform WorkL has found Australia to be in third place for workplace happiness and engagement, behind the United States and New Zealand.

The founder of WorkL, Lord Mark Price, said there were six factors when assessing what makes a good workplace.

These factors included reward, empowerment, information sharing, wellbeing, pride and job satisfaction.
