A new study has found children are spending about a third of their time after school on screens.

The University of Otago study found children spent more than half of their time on screens after 8pm.

But senior researcher at the department of public health at the University of Otago, Dr Moira Smith, says “it’s really difficult to have guidelines” on screen time.
