Caller Peter has detailed his frustration as his surname has been deemed to be “inappropriate language” when trying to fill out online forms.

Peter says his family has suffered disadvantage due to the name — his grandson wasn’t able to get his surname on his year 12 jacket at school.

“It’s just ridiculous,” Peter told Neil Mitchell.
