Port Phillip council last night voted against Kerferd Road being included in the state government’s proposed ‘Shrine to Sea’ bike lanes.

Mayor of the City of Port Phillip, Heather Consolo, wouldn’t agree with Neil Mitchell when he stated the state government may override the decision.
