A quarter of property investors have sold at least one of their Melbourne properties in the last year.

Real estate agent at IN2REALTY, Carlo Lorusso, says it’s not surprising investors have started to sell properties.

“There’s been so many adverse changes for property investors over the last few years and COVID exaggerated a lot of that as well and it continues after COVID,” he told Neil Mitchell.
