Jetstar customers have been left frustrated after a flight from the Gold Coast to Melbourne was cancelled.

One passenger, Nick, says his family needs to be in Melbourne for an appointment at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

“They did put us on the next flight which is 9:20 [pm] and then once we did get home I tried to get an earlier flight … and they wanted to charge us,” he told Tony Moclair.
