Study reveals what most people would rather do than spend money

Tom Elliott

A new study by Veolia has found most people would repair an item rather than replace it.

Chief operating officer resource recovery at Veolia, Craig Barker says they’re seeing more consumers reuse, recycle and repurpose.

“We’re seeing … a trend to circular, we’re seeing producers being asked to manufacture products that can be recycled or repurposed,” he told Neil Mitchell.
