Parent Sarah has copped a “ridiculous” fine while waiting to pick up her daughter from school in the Moonee Valley district.

Moonee Valley Council then told Sarah she should’ve been doing laps around the school instead of waiting in the queue for the pick-up zone.

“100 per cent it’s a cash grab,” Sarah told Jacqui Felgate.
