Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has paid tribute to comedian Cal Wilson after her passing yesterday from a short illness.

Ford didn’t know her personally, but said it was a “complete shock” to him when he found out the news.

“When I saw that headline come up, I thought it must be someone else with the same name, it just didn’t seem possible,” Ford said.
