Former Liberal party staffer, Bruce Lehrmann, who was alleged to have sexually assaulted Brittany Higgins at Parliament House, has been named in a Toowoomba court case.

He’s been charged with two counts of rape which he denies.

“Which police alleged occurred in October, 2021,” Tom Elliott said.
