The director of Civil Society Australia has published a three-part plan to improve our politicians.

Venn Hughes says aspiring politicians should be forced to work in a “real job” for ten years.

“Almost all our politicians, certainly on the Labor side, and the bulk on the Liberal side have never had a real job,” he told Tom Elliott.
