Aussies are on track to buy a record number of new cars this year despite cost of living pressures and the rising cost of cars.

National Motoring Editor at News Corp, Richard Blackburn, says car manufacturers are playing catch up from COVID where they struggled to get supply of new cars.

“It’s still a huge result and it just shows Australians appear to be resilient when it comes to economic downturn,” he told Ross and Russel.
