Political commentator Barrie Cassidy shared his thoughts on the 2017 Federal Budget with 3AW’s Ross and John.

The ABC Insiders host says foreigners and the banks are the hardest hit in this budget.

‘Beyond that, maybe the students on HECS, they might have to pay a little bit more and pay it earlier,’ Barrie said on 3AW Breakfast.

‘The revenue raising comes from the banks and the foreigners.’
