Two offenders who allegedly stole cash and jewellery from a property in Kangaroo Flat over the weekend, have been caught red handed on CCTV.

Victoria Police Media Advisor Sam Bidey said it’s some of the “clearest CCTV you’ll ever find”.

“You don’t need to be too bright to be a crook these days,” Mr Bidey told 3AW Breakfast.
