Tariff-free access for lentils to India has been extended until March 20-25.

Initially the agreement was to end in March this year, however, the extension has been welcomed by those in the cropping sector.

Lentil prices were shining during the 20-23 cropping year, with a nugget currently trading at 910 dollars a tonne.
