A mother has revealed her daughter and granddaughter will miss out on seeing Taylor Swift despite securing tickets through Ticketek last year.

Cindy says her daughter found a email in her junk folder last week which detailed her tickets had been sold on the Ticketek Marketplace.

“Once she got into it [her Marketplace account], she was able to see someone’s gone in, putting their credit card details and a name,” she told Tom Elliott.
