Comedian and one of the stars of the hit TV show Curb Your Enthusiasm Richard Lewis has died aged 76 after suffering a heart attack.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford said Lewis was “greatly respected” in the comedy world and “revered” by other comics in the industry.
