Tom Elliott has revealed his prediction for the upcoming state budget following the revelation Victoria’s state debt is ballooning.

He says Victoria’s debt could double New South Wales’ debt within four years even though they have a larger population.

“The treasurer, Tim Pallas, will get the knife out,” he said.
