Tom Elliott says Australia has a problem with the rates of immigration, saying it is currently causing “massive problems”.

After former NSW premier Bobb Carr said there wasn’t a need for mass migration levels in Australia, the 3AW Mornings host believes the economy is actually going backwards as a result of the sheer mass of people moving to the country.

“Our economy for a year now has gone backwards per head of population,” he told 3AW.
