A netball player has revealed she was left with no choice but to get a medical certificate before she could be allowed to play in three-quarter leggings.

Ellie says she’s uncomfortable wearing the standard netball skirt due to her job as a teacher.

“I’m a teacher at a high school, it’s not appropriate … I wasn’t granted that permission … it doesn’t follow the netball uniform which states the undergarment have to be shorter than the netball dress,” she told Jacqui Felgate.
