It has now become more expensive than ever to build a new house in Australia, with the country holding the unwanted title of the “most expensive housing in the world”.

Builders Collective of Australia President, Phil Dwyer, told Mark Allen and Jimmy Bartel “we’ve got a very serious problem”.
