The parents of children who attend Caulfield Grammar have revealed their frustrations and concerns after parking near the school was changed to permit-only after residents complained.

Parent, Daniel Foley says he’s been left concerned by the changes made by Stonnington Council.

“We do have three-year-olds and four-year-olds attending those schools, and they need to be escorted into their class,” he told Jacqui Felgate.

Stonnington Council mayor, councillor Joe Gianfriddo says the council have been getting complaints from residents for a “long time”.

“Officers have been working on a solution for a considerable time,” he said.

The council is trialing the changes for six months.
