A Senior Constable is in hospital after he was struck by a stolen vehicle outside the Burvale Hotel in Vermont South, just before 3am today.

Acting Commander, Matt Baynes, revealed to 3AW Mornings, Victoria Police had detained a suspect.

“There are two suspects …  there’s one offender still at large,” he told Tom Elliott.
