There’s a story which caught Tom Elliott’s eye this morning, and he says it shows how “stupid our bail laws are”.

It relates to 32-year-old Haley Terei, who lied in court about being Indigenous in order to get bail.

“The law is supposed to be colour-blind,” the 3AW Mornings host said.
