The Allan Government is introducing what they describe as some of the toughest laws ever to help combat organised crime.

The new laws will ban the public display of organised crime colours, as well as a raft of other measures.

“Whether it works or not – time will only tell,” Nine News State Political Reporter Heidi Murphy told Tom Elliott on 3AW.

“The Attorney-General and Police Minister say these are powers police wanted, this will give them the ability to crackdown on a lot more behaviour.”
