Jacqui Felgate has given her immediate reaction after Nine Entertainment released the details of a report into culture at the business.

Nine released the report publicly on Thursday afternoon, which found a “systemic issue with abuse of power and authority, bullying, discrimination and harassment” at the company.

The 3AW Drive host said she felt desperately sorry for the women affected, saying behaviours “simply have to change”.

“It’s a sobering and shocking report,” she said.

3AW is owned by parent company Nine Radio, a division of Nine Entertainment.
