Tom Elliott has reacted to the warning of potential reprisal attacks in the coming days following the shooting of rapper Pal Bidong, known as ‘Peezy’ in North Melbourne on Saturday morning.

South Sudanese community leader and lawyer, Kot Monoah, has issued a warning to families in the western suburbs to stay indoors over the coming days, and the 3AW Mornings host thinks the situation is “extraordinary”.

“This is the sort of thing you read about in the rough parts of Chicago or the Bronx in New York, it’s happening in Melbourne!” he said.
