Two men have been charged after police found human remains last night in the search for missing Brunswick woman Isla Bell.

The 19-year-old was last seen leaving her home at 6pm on October 4.

“We walked into the studio, someone put a release down in front of us, and our hearts sank,” 3AW Breakfast host Ross Stevenson said.
