Melbourne’s homeless problem continues to worsen, with a recent horrifying incident involving a 39-year-old homeless man allegedly assaulting a 92-year-old woman, raising questions about the homelessness in Victoria.

3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott is open to the suggestion homeless people should be moved into the vacant Mickleham quarantine facility.

“We’ve got to have a serious question about homelessness in our state,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
