Tom Elliott is calling for electric bikes to be registered and regulated after a run-in with one rider earlier this month.

The 3AW Mornings said the vehicles were being ridden in a dangerous manner, labelling them a ‘menace’ in society.

“This is the plague of E-Bikes,” he said.

“They’re all over our streets…we should register them. They are a menace.”
