A doctor of communication claims a ban on YouTube will only “stop creativity”. 

The Albanese government on Wednesday confirmed YouTube would be included in the under-16 social media ban slated to start on December. 

“They will still be able to watch without an actual account … So they won’t necessarily be protected from any inappropriate content,” Dr Catherine Jane Archer told Jacqui Felgate.
