Businesses have hit out at the ACTU for their four-day work week proposal, with some accusing the union of colluding with the Premier.

Australian Industry Group chief executive officer Innes Willox says he first thought the proposal was a joke.

“It’s not going to go far, because it just doesn’t stack up, it sounds lovely when you talk about it, but in the real world, it’s just not going to work,” he said on 3AW Breakfast.
