Melbourne Lord mayor Nicholas Reece has shared potential solutions to help traffic flow on the city’s footpaths.

Reece shared his frustration with the lack of etiquette on the CBD streets.

“We can start with a carrot, a bit of information for people … but if that doesn’t work, maybe we need a stick, a by-law,” he said on 3AW Mornings.
