The 11th International Foto Biennale is back on in Ballarat this year.

Photographers across Australia and the world have been invited to the 60-day festival where their work will be displayed across the city.

The festival’s CEO and artistic director Vanessa Gerrano has told Ross and Russ that emerging photographers will be able to display their “work in local business”.
