Tom Elliott has shared his ideas on how to bring down house prices as he weighs up the pros and cons of immigration.

The 3AW Mornings host has blamed rising house prices on population growth and red tape.

“Collectively, as a nation, we’ve got this weird situation at the moment …  record levels of immigration, and yet we’ve got builders going bust, the cost of building a house is dramatic,” he said.
